Glitchy Deezer app iOS

When I try and go into the artist/album/song info, all the writing is glitchy and you can’t read it. Is there a fix for this?

Hi.

Thanks for the advice. It happens on every artist. I have attached a screenshot to show you what I mean. It was like this before IOS14, I updated and it’s still like this. I have upgraded my phone too and the app is just the same.

Have you tried to delete Deezer apps and install back? Perhaps it will fix?

If you already did, I do not see any suggestion in your message, it might be a bug.

Thanks for reporting it. Have you tried reinstalling the app and restarting your iPhone?

If this doesn't help, please give us the details of your iOS and app version :thumbsup_tone2:

Have updated my phone to the latest software. If I uninstall/reinstall the app will I lose my data/downloads?

Yes, you'll have to trigger the download of your tracks again (just the downloaded ones, because they're saved within the app) @Dsimeone23 

We can try other things before you take that step. Is this happening to the same tracks/albums? If yes, send me their link(s) here for me to check.

Alternatively, try simply restarting your iPhone or check for an update for the app again today (mine updated today, that's why I'm suggesting) :thumbsup_tone2:

Hey @Dsimeone23 

Like @hpguru said, if reinstalling doesn't work, I believe it's worth checking the iPhone font settings. It looks like you may have a different size setting and that's affecting the app. Let me know how it goes!
