Error messages on iOS - API auth and subscription unavailable


I pay every month for the app but this mouth told me that I have a problem, and i really don’t know what’s the problem

Hi @KayAlshamsi, that's strange! Does this appear randomly or all the time? Also does this happen on all devices?
Hi,

Every time I open my Deezer app I keep getting an error message telling me that my subscription is temporarily unavailable. Why does it keep doing this?

I have checked my bank statement and the payment has been taken. Another matter that I'm also not happy about as I am being charged more then what Deezer actually costs if I was to subscribe now and I have been paying my inflated amount for years.

If someone from the Deezer team would be able to help me that would be great.

Hi @Kliney95 , please reinstall the app, this will fix this :)

About the price, you subscribed via iTunes and the price is different than Deezer's price. Have a look on this topic. 😉

With regards to the subscription. Am I able to switch from paying it through iTunes and just pay directly to Deezer themselves? And if so would that mean I would loose all my music?

Hi there, so I checked your account and saw that your old EE subscription was still linked. I unlinked it now. Can you check if you still see the error message, please 🙂
Hi I create a premium account but I can’t login when I lunch the iOS app. When I put my details on the login says subscription temporary unavailable.

I’ve just restarted my iphone and it has cured the problem. Give it a whirl!

Did you try restarting your device?

For the last few days each time I've logged into my account it's saying subscription temporarily unavailable. I've logged out and logged back in again numerous times and it's still showing this. Im actually considering cancelling deezer if this continues as its not the first time it has happened. It's very frustrating when I'm paying a monthly charge for this service and not being able to use it.

Since yesterday, it's impossible to connect to my Deezer account from iPhone and from my wife iPhone as well. We get an "Error - Unknown session" message when I input the username and password which works when I connect from my laptop and or use Deezer from my Sonos app on the computer.
same for me, no explanations.... 😰
