Downloading music onto more than one device isn't working

Hello, it’s never been clear to me if i can download music to more than one device using the Deezer premium account!

I don’t play the two devices at the same time and my downloads disappear from either my iPhone or form my PC.

I have asked technical support but I never get a clear answer so I’m hoping if someone in the community can help me out.

just to clarify, I have a premium account and I download the music onto an iPhone and onto a PC, i never use the two devices at the same time, I find downloads disappear though the song titles are still present, I then have to download them again and again when I want to take my iPhone out with me for a walk etc .

You should be able to download music to more than one device so I’m not sure why your downloaded music is deleted every time . I don;t think it’s related to the fact you are downloading music in more than one device

Hello. 

 

I have issues with downloading from my music to my phone.

 

I have a 1000mbit up and download connection a ax11000 router from Asus and a Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus but still my phone is already 2 days busy with downloading music and still not finisht ( real download speed on phone is arround 750 or 800mbit .   My phone het slow and the deezer all to because the Downlosding but when I sre downloading from tidal mqa files it going really fast. And after less then 1 hour my songs are added to my download map ( arround 2000 songs )  can they do something about this slow downloading are added multiple downloads?

Hello @Beirutbomber, could you let me know which version of the Deezer app you’re using? I know there is an issue with the downloads for some users on iOS, it might be the same you’re experiencing.

Maybe something like multiple files downloading and not 1 by one.
