Downloaded music disappearing on Deezer iOS app


I hold a Deezer Premium account. When downloading music on either my iPad or my iPhone, it disappears after I have closed and reopened the Deezer App. Any reason and solution to that issue? Thanks!

Hi @aaronsarkissian512 @Gvbrixl_805 I have been informed by our developers that the problem has been fixed with the latest version of the Deezer app. Can you please update your Deezer app to version 8.29.0 and let me know if it works?

It depends... it could be because you reinstalled the app or are accessing the wrong account... Did it happen again?
I'm having the same issue. I have a premium deezer account. When I open a deezer app on my iPhone 5s, iOS version 10.3.3, and go to downloaded music tab, it doesn't show any of my downloads until i go to other tab like albums or playlists, so that it loads my albums/playlist from the internet, and only after that it founds my downloads. As a result, i can listen to my downloaded music only when I'm connected to the internet.

My downloads keep disappearing then reappearing 

I have the same issue here. It all works fine when I’m on wifi, but when I switch it to data/4G it suddenly removes all downloaded ones or at least part of them and eats up all my 4G to when I play them on 4G.

 

So it is not only a visual bug but indeed it deletes all the downloaded data. I tried to use the offline mode too, didn’t helped.

I tried removing all downloaded ones and the cache of the app. Re-install the app but non helped at all.

 

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14.3, Latest Deezer store version.

Hey, it seems that it is not fully fixed. Sometimes they get lost again.. tho it is not always like before.

I increased the smart cache to 3 gb, but that did not solve the issue.
