Downloaded music disappearing

I hold a Deezer Premium account. When downloading music on either my iPad or my iPhone, it disappears after I have closed and reopened the Deezer App. Any reason and solution to that issue? Thanks!

It depends... it could be because you reinstalled the app or are accessing the wrong account... Did it happen again?
I'm having the same issue. I have a premium deezer account. When I open a deezer app on my iPhone 5s, iOS version 10.3.3, and go to downloaded music tab, it doesn't show any of my downloads until i go to other tab like albums or playlists, so that it loads my albums/playlist from the internet, and only after that it founds my downloads. As a result, i can listen to my downloaded music only when I'm connected to the internet.
