Does Deezer 360 work on IOS or not?

Used to work just fine on my iPhone and iPad. Now All I get is the same screen telling me the app can’t connect to server? I’ve tried reseting, deleting yadda yadda but not joy.

I had to change my Deezer Hi-Fi password recently as logons to apple tv and my LG tv don’t have all the characters available that are required in my password, so that could be the issue?  :( However after reinstalling the app there are NO controls in the app to do anything?

Hi @Jmarks 

Do you really have Deezer HiFi or Family HiFi? So it should work with the 360 app.

However, if you have a newer Premium incl. HiFi subscription, it is not technically possible yet.

If you can answer yes to the first question, support should take a look at your account:

I’ll assume all the people with the exact same problem with 360 are being ignored as well 😞 No Deezer 360 means cancelled subscription. Oh well it was nice until it quit working… 

P.S. if you ever get 360 working again email me and I may subscribe again.

Yes I really have a Hi-Fi account. Thanks for the link I tried that route, but got regurgitated FAQ’s . After deleting both 360 and Deezer, and reinstalling both everything worked as it used to ( on all three of my IOS devices). My guess is one of the Deezer updates caused communication problems between the two apps rendering 360 unusable.
