Discography information is not correct

Using iOS app 8.27.2 and discography info is not correct and not showing all the albums, a counter of the albums is also wrong. Please check Dire Straits, only 6 albums really? and Brothers In Arms is not there as an example. I’m a paid user on Deezer HiFi. Thanks.

LIKE if you're still encountering this problem in 2021 and feel like Deezer doesn't really care that much.

Please share artist page and they will fix it manually :yum:

Yes, I did already contact them. Just as I contacted them on a different artist page problem half a year ago. Nothing happened then, not optimistic now. This time I was referred to the ‘report a problem’ button on the artist page. This artist has 27,255 fans on Deezer. The problem exists for over half a year. I can't be the first one to have pressed that button.

Hi there @GouweGozer

Thanks for sharing this with us. I assure you that the information we get, come from distributors. Apologies you feel this way.

However, please post more details here, including the links - I can try to sort this issue out once and for all :relaxed:

Royal Republic has just one album under 'Albums' on the webapp. The rest of their albums are found under the header 'other albums'. On the android app only the one album can be found on the artist page.

The Welsh indie-rock band the Automatic shares their artist page with an obscure newer band that shares the same name. Not soon after this happened Automatic's older albums all disappeared. They're still on Spotify and no longer on Deezer, so that can't be right. But first things first, the only music from the Welsh band are the album 'Tear The Signs Down' and the sing 'That's What She Said' on the compiled album 'Kerrang! New Breed'.

I understand if the second problem is a bit harder to fix, but it would be great if Royal Republic's discography works again.

For completeness sake, under Featured in, 'Xbox soundtracks Presents...Start' and 'The Ultimate Workout Collection...' also link back to an Automatic song: 'Monster'. But it's greyed out, at least here in the Netherlands.

Thank you so much @GouweGozer I've forwarded everything to our teams - hopefully it can get sorted quickly!

Thanks Rudi! Just took them one day after you got involved, both problems fixed!
