Deezer iOS app only works on home wifi


My premium deezer only  works when connected to my home WiFi. It won’t load when attached to work WiFi or my 4g. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app and my iPhone is up to date.

Hi @Citrusll 

 

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Deezer
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Deezer
Log in to Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

Hi @swales3103,

I guess you are on EE 4G network in UK. There was an incident preventing users from accessing Deezer service on iOS from this network.

We made a configuration change yesterday, can you tell me if the service is back on your side?

Have you tried to drop Deezer app off your phone, reboot phone, and app back?

Yeah I’ve tried that several times. Also checked already if mobile data is turned off in the settings .

I had the same problem concerning 4g and Deezer just wouldn’t connect to 4g at all no matter what I did. For some reason the setting on the iPhone were messed a bit, as it wasn’t automatically set as allowed to use mobile connection for the app.

I don’t have my iPhone here at the moment, but I think it was in the “settings”, and then you go and see “Cellular” then there you should check if the app is allowed to use 4g.

since about a week or two Deezer is unable to load any content apart from downloaded songs with mobile data. Reinstallation, cache cleaning, iPhone (x) restarts - nothing helped. After reinstallation I can’t even login on mobile data! 

I urge you to provide a solution for this - app store reviews are full of the issue described.

I have been having the same problem with my iPhone and Vodafon G4 and Vodafone Music Pass for 2 weeks.

I can't load mobile content anymore. I have tried everything possible, as Siniter. Also, registration is not possible mobile, only via Wlan.

Downloaded content is also only available when I am on WLan on.

I have sent examples.
