Deezer app cannot connect/limited connection to the internet.

Hello! I use deezer through my Iphone and Ipod touch. I also connect through my Sonos app. I use my wifi connection. All of sudden my deezer app wont connect to the internet or get logged limited connection and I can’t browse any artist or play any music. If Im using my Sonos app I have the same problem. The only thing I can think of is the new IOS update. Please help.

Hey @Radioed4 can you try these steps?


- close off the app (also in the background)
- turn off your wifi/mobile data for 1-2 minutes
- turn your phone off and back on
- turn wifi/mobile data back on
- open the app
- login

I have a very good and working 4G network coverage and yet my deezer app just started saying " Connection to Deezer.com fail" I tried to be sure it isn't really my internet by connecting to YouTube. I wonder what the problem could be!

I have also heard and read complaints of people connected to Wi-Fi with same problem, so it's obviously the Deezer app issue.

That fix is nor working
the only solution I find ia reinstalling the app but I’m fed up of doing it, since I have to download 1000 aongs for offline playing after every reinstall

Hi there, our team is already working on a long term solution, but I don't know for sure with which version this fix will be available I'm afraid. But we'll keep you posted.

Hi again, sorry for the late reply. The users I've talked to didn't have the issue anymore logging out and back in on the app. Did that work for you too and are you using the latest version of Deezer atm?
