Deezer 360 app wont optimise headphones


Ive signed up for 3 months trial on deezer Hifi. In the sony headphones app ive analyzed my ears but when I try to optimise with the deezer 360 app it just opens the app store. When I try to optimise through the 360 app it just opens the sony app and nothing happens! Im on iphone 11 pro max

Yep. Reinstalling the deezer app fixed it. I clicked optimise on the hesdphones app then it finally opened the 360 app and applied the settings!

As far as I know, this is what is supposed to happen, the 360 by Deezer app lets the Sony app optimise your Sony headphones if your model is available in the list of the app. Then the Deezer app should use this optimised profile for listening. If your headphones model is not listed in the Deezer app, it will use a standard profile instead for 360 Reality Audio music.

Yes I have the WH-1000XM3. When I click optimise in the deezer app but then it opens the sony app and nothing happens. I go back to the deezer app and its just stuck on the optimise page I click skip then it says it wont be optimise. Im pretty sure thats not supposed to happen.

Have you tried reinstalling the app after restarting your iPhone @Unreal688 ?
