Connecting to hearing aids

iPhone 6, iOS 11.1.3
Widex Beyond hearing aids
The bluetooth connection to he hearing aids works flawlessly when using the Apple music app, the CBC app, feeds via Tunein Radio, podcasts, you name it. Then there's Deezer, which stutters at about 8 clicks/second. It works just fine when corded to headphones, on iPhone speaker or via bluetooth to a Bose Soundlink. Which begs the question: is it Deezer or the hearing aids that is the source of the problem?

I very much enjoy having the Deezer app on my Sonos system. I know my hearing aid problem is very small potatoes, but am hopeful that a solution might be found.

Hi @Lad, Thanks a lot for joining the community! To be honest, I haven't heard of that issue before. I'm not sure that there should be a difference between hearing aids and technical devices when connected to Bluetooth. Let me speak with the tech team and I'll let you know if I find out anything 🙂

I have Opticon hearing aids and the Deezer App on my iPhone frequently crashes when I stream to them. Doesn’t happen on any other Bluetooth device.

Hi there, sorry about that. Can you tell me which version of the Deezer app you have and which iOS version? Have you tried to install the app again?
