carplay deezer unable to connect

Greetings,

after long time with spotify. Yesterday I choose to try out the deezer hifi and the deezer app. Unfortunately then i connecting my phone to the carplay the deezer app does not respond and the massage that popped is “unable connect to deezer”. Tried reinstalling the app - didn’t resolve the problem. 
little disappointed ☹️

Carplay should actually run without any problems once you have connected the cable.

Please try again to uninstall the app. Then restart your iPhone. Then reinstall the Deezer app.

How do you use Carplay? Cable or wireless?

Yes. Works regularly on other apps (spotify, waze). Connected by cable

I am currently having this same issue; on two different phones, on two different mobile networks. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app.

Can you actually let us know which mobile models and Deezer app versions are installed? We need more details in order to investigate this issue properly.

I have the same problem for weeks now. iPhone with latest iOS 14, Deezer 8.47.0.2. (from TestFlight. Problem starter before the TestFlight version, joined the beta, because I hoped that would fix it.) Reinstall didn’t help.
