Can't login to Deezer on Safari with iOS 10.3.3


Hey there,

 

I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 10.3.3. I can’t download the app, as it only works with iOS 12 or later. I tried logging in from my browser, but it’s not working : once I’ve entered my email and password, it just redirects me to the same page. It doesn’t require a Captcha. I’ve tried changing the parameters of Safari, turning the phone on and off, etc., and nothing has changed. Can you help ? :)

Our app doesn't officially support that OS, as you correctly pointed out.

In the community-spirit, I may suggest you to try this:

It may help you open a desktop version of it on your Safari. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your help… but it’s still not working :(

If I understand right, if the app doesn’t support this OS, the website won’t either ?

Not necessarily, @ScroogeMcDuck but the web app may not be compatible with the version of the Safari you've got installed on your phone. Is there a way you can try downloading Chrome on the phone to see if it works?

I’ve tried, but Chrome is only available for OS 12 and above. So are Mozilla, Brave, Opera etc. as well. I have tried Microsoft Edge though, and Deezer is not working either.
