I have the premium version of deezer. After the update it says that it needs no action and that my request of the paid version is requiering🤔 the app won’t start

are you on iOS? If so there's a known problem that Deezer are working on - read here: - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000584597-Loading-issue-on-iOS-devices
app won’t load onto my Samsung tv, it’s a premium acc. Just the loading symbol goes on and on. Been 4 weeks now any news on a fix?
