360 by Deezer login not working properly


When I try to login on the 360 by Deezer app, I get an error saying "An error ocurred", highlighting my password.

 

i did reset my password and joined Deezer HiFi yesterday to try 360 by Deezer. The funny thing is that, after that error, if I close and open the app. I get access to it, but everything that is related to my user is missing or presents errors while loading. I could even optimize it using Sony's Headphone app, but nothing about my user.

 

I already uninstalled the app, cleaned my phone cache, and restarted it. I can also access Deezer on the web and app, and they are working flawlessly.

To let you know: I managed to fix the problem by totally uninstalling Dezzer app + Dezzer 360 app.

(uninstall Deezer 360 app only wasn't enough, I also had to uninstall regular Deezer app)

Hi @Klaus Kazlauskas, have you tried checking the password? I sent you an email. Please do it and let me know if it helps. In the meantime, I'm keeping an eye on it if this issue is happening with more users.

I have the same problem. Very frustrating!

Same problem here! 360 used to work just fine with Sony headphones but now impossible to login! Please advice how to fix this issue!

Thanks for coming back @Vytautas Krutulis. Is this happening on mobile or wifi networks? Have you checked your phone settings to see if the app is allowed network usage/mobile data?

Could I also have your device's model, OS and the app version, please? This way I can pass the info to our devs for investigation.

I have the same issue as @Martini . Deinstalling both deezer app and 360 app does not help. Still the same SignIn failed UNKNOWN error

I got the same errors when I logged in however restarting the app allows me to login to the app and view songs. However, I can't do anything in the app like adding or viewing my playlist or likes. I can only play songs on the public playlists.

I have same problem. I did all the steps mentioned above. still can not sign in the 360 deezer.

I hope this can be solved, I am using the sony free trail and I dont want to lose more time not using the app.

I’m on iOS ver 14 and deleted both apps and same problem keeps saying try different email using some SONY WH-1000XM3 Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Headphones. Can you help?

I had « network error » issue.  I had to uninstall both apps, install 360 first and then Deezer and now it’s working.  Seems related to changing my password.    
 

OS 14.2 on iPhone XS
