it would be nice to have more then 1 user in hifi acount .
i use iphone and android and cant listen to music in both at the same time.
i think adding at least one more user would be a good thing .

what do you think?🎼

YES This is a necessity for many of us who want lossless streaming not limited to a single user. Either create an additional user support to existing HiFi or add a HiFi - Family upgrade! Many people will support this.

There are related topics about HiFi enhancement. But why not offering a complete HiFi Family plan? Tidal is offering that for 29.99 $. Another possibility would be to offer a common family plan with an option to upgrade single family members to HiFi? I really miss some flexibilty in Deezer HiFi. Also mobile HiFi and HiFi offline btw.

Exactly. I can not understand why Deezer waiting while all user who want to enjoy high-quality music with family have to move to TIDAL.
This would be very appreciated. We wanted to switch to Hi-Fi plan, but the system rejected our payment, and it turned out the only way was to cancel Family subscription and switch to Hi-Fi. But that gets us a shared history instead of multi-user.
Do you have the same kind of profils in hifi-subscription as in the family-subscription?
And do paying users(premium+) dont get a free preview of the hifi-subscription? 😋

There is a hifi 30 day free trial but for that your account needs to be on free, you can't get that while your premium is active 👍

I think that the problem is that most mobile devices aren't ready for HiFi yet. It happens to me: I'm paying 20€/month for HiFi in Deezer, but I know that when I'm playing at my Mobile Phone, Deezer uses MP3 in HQ, and only Flac when I'm using PC or sound systems.

Maybe the expensive handys integrate the chip,DAC,drivers,etc , but cheaper ones and mid-range won't be able to play at 1411kbps.

Anyway, I agree with you, a Family Plan that cost 5€/each one would be great, 15€ less at month!

Agree to all - it makes no sense not to offer an HIFI upgrade option as part of the Family subscription option. Another alternative that would work for us, would be to reduce the price of a standalone single user HIFI subscription for those already having a Family subscription, so that we would have the HIFI in parallell with the Family sub, but not having to pay the full price for both. Come on, Deezer, make this happen.

As it's no technical development required, but only a simple monthl package and price to be defined, should take month's.
Currently, I'm checking other the others sharing the market, and will most probably exit Deezer within next month for this stupidity... annoying.
Unfortunately, Spotify does not seem to have HIFI option ready yet, but you should be afraid, once they have... For the time being, TIDAL might be the better option.
C'mon folks...

I think this is a real deal breaker for many Hifi listeners as they often have more family members within one household.

Please do something about this, we are literally giving deezer an oppotunity to take our money for a service.

Hi, I would like make a gift to all my sisters; some of them quite audiophile so I really would appreciate a Deezer Hifi Family! Please add this type of subscription! It would be an additonal reason for me to return again to Deezer.
