Yesterday I lost all my music, playlist and profiles with Orange Deezer Family subscription.

For some reason on 02 Sep I could not log anymore to my account when I went yesterday to an Orange shop when they retreiive my account all my music, playlist and profiles with Orange Deezer Family subscription with the same email address to connect disapear. All my profile is now empty and I don't know how I can get back my profile as is was before my account crash on Monday 02 Sept 2019? Is Deezer keep record of our profile and can reload? Thanks

It means you are logged in the wrong account, therefore you're not able to find your songs. If you need help finding the right account, please get in touch with our support team here and send more info about your account, username, user number...
