Email ERROR - Backstage


I received my login details from  deezer for backstage but i keep receiving an “invalid details” at login, what can the problem be.

Hello there! I recently requested access to an artist page via backstage but as I submitted the details...I saw an error message saying the request has ever been made...and I haven't received any feedback from you guys on my email? Could you help please?

I’m having a similar problem. I lost access to my deezer Backstage, every time I try to log in it says ‘invalid email or password’. I tried the forgot password recovery option but it says ‘error with email’ yet I’m using the same email I activated the account with. 

I sent an email on the issue to Backstage over a month ago but still haven’t gotten any response. Could you please help?
