We're experiencing technical issues with our site deezer.com. Our engineers are working on this and we expect it to be up and running very soon.

Working without music is so boring I don’t know why.

I can’t wait to like it on Deezer Premium extended version as soon as you get servers sorted!

I just shared Deezer box of top 2020 my account in my blog and it does not work since then.

I just advertised people to listen music on your service, perhaps too many people trying?

I wrote about 2020 as best year in my life. Feel free to translate the post.

We've identified the cause of the outage and we're working with our partners to restore service as soon as we possibly can, but unfortunately, we're unable to give an ETA on when that will be.

A technical workaround has been put in place and Deezer is up again, but you may still experience issues while we continue to work with our partners to fix all the underlying causes of the service outage.We thank you for your patience while we continue to work to fully resolve these technical issues :nerd:

What server caused the outage this morning? A lot of online services were down in Europe by something. Could you clarify what caused the service outage today? I bet it is somehow linked to the release date of Cyberpunk 2077.

They must use some kind of cloud service where they can buy as much of space and bandwidth as they need. Perhaps related to this, and if any other service linked , perhaps they had a problem too.

You never know unless they will post details. I hope it won’t happen again.

Like I said it was happy ending, I am listening music just as before.

Mine works but, none of my recent downloads are there and I went from a little over 1800 songs to over 6000! Will this be fixed??

Deezer HI-FI  on my Home hi-fi Novatron server/ network player is now Greyed out? its not available at all this at 16.45pm GMT UK time

it 1 hour ago was just asking for its password over and over while the circle of doom was spinning for ever

And now nothing its Greyed Out cannot even access Deezer

But! can still log in and play on my PC windows web app no problem at all 

bit annoying …..

DEEZER does not work with our squeeze boxes since the outage. You can log in but you only see some strange “radio-genre mode” and can’t search for music or access your playlists.

Same here. Once I saw the generic free-access interface appear on LMS, I thought https://www.mysqueezebox.com corrupted/forgot my credentials so I did the same - I removed the account and now I can’t login again. “Invalid username or password” even though I can login from the Opera Browser under Windows10. 

Fix please….

For the moment I am unable to log in in deezer in my MusicCast app. Since the webpage and the android app work I have a workarround, but I prefer to use my reciever more directly. I hope this is fixed soon.

 

I also cannot login with my Yamaha Musicast App anymore since this outage occurred.

Starting today, on my Onkyo HT-R693 (TX-NR636) I am getting the message "Your details are incorrect. Please try again." Guess it's related to the glitch above? Hope the issue is resolved soon. Thank you.

I subscribe to the BMW Online Entertainment package through BMW connected services. I'm in the UK. 

I use this service daily. 

 

I got in my car to drive home this evening and idrive was asking me to login. 

I re-entered my details correctly and kept on trying to login periodically throughout my journey, when stationary in traffic. 

But, every time it says 'invalid password'. My password is correct.

 

Could you please confirm whether this issue affects Deezer BMW Online Entertainment also? It's a bit of a coincidence that I see this outage notice and the same evening I have nothing but issues in the car.

And, I'm not being funny but I pay through the nose to get this service - way above deezers normal subscription amount, and you can understand that I'm really annoyed. 

 

Any update on this specifically would be very much appreciated.

In my lounge the Hi Fi system with my Novatron X45 streamer/ server the Deezer app its been GREYED out ~ nothing there

last week when i was using Deezer it was flawless

now its garbage (is it a cyber hack attack?

All our Squeezeboxes still out. Also had a walley of tears from our small kids. Luckily we could use another service on squeezebox (although that is just one stream subscription, unlike Deezer family...).

Hoping for fix soon...

Hey,

login on this device will no longer be possible. I removed all the other devices from the list and still can't. Why? Yamaha is my main music device.

Another MusicCast user here… is there any ETA. I can use app/bluetooth instead but the quality is far away from HD.
