Deezer Currently Unavailable - Update

We have received a number of reports informing us that Deezer is not currently working on the app and website. We are working on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible. Updates to follow.

Following the disruption on Monday, we need to perform critical maintenance to correct the underlying issue, during which users may experience additional issues connecting to Deezer.In order to reduce the impact on all our users globally, we have picked the following times for the maintenance:

- September 10, 04:00-07:00 BST
- September 10, 05:00-08:00 EST
- September 10, 12:00-03:00 BRT
- September 9, 20:00-23:00 PDT

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the disruption.

Hemos recibido varios reportes que nos informan que Deezer no está disponible actualmente en la aplicación ni en el sitio web. Estamos trabajando para resolver este problema lo mas pronto posible. Seguiremos informando.

If you’re still experiencing problems, please try the steps below:

When you open your app and see an error message “Your connection to Deezer failed”, please switch your connection network:

- If you’re on Wifi, please switch to mobile data & log in, you can then switch back to Wifi
- If you’re on mobile data, please switch to Wifi & log in, you can then switch back to mobile data.

If these steps do not work & you’re experiencing a different issue regarding the log in, please do get back in touch so that we can help you further. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Con respecto al problema ocurrido con Deezer esta mañana, ya ha sido resuelto. Si todavía tienes algunos problemas, sigue estos pasos a continuación.

Si abres tu aplicación y ves el mensaje de error “Tu conexión a Deezer ha fallado”, cambia tu red de conexión:

  • Si estás conectado al Wifi, cambia a los datos móviles e inicia sesión, luego puedes volver al Wifi
  • Si usas datos móviles, cambia al Wifi e inicia sesión, luego puedes volver a los datos móviles.

Disculpa las molestias causadas.

Is this the reason I’m currently experiencing problems while playing different numbers and these jump up to the next one within seconds?

I don't believe so, @m.fernandez. This was a problem accessing the app in the first place. Have you tried reinstalling the app? Please check for more troubleshooting tips in our Android and iOS forums.

Sigo con los mismos inconvenientes!!!! No reconoce mi cuenta. Me da la opción de suscribirme como si no tuviese.
Desde el lunes pasado no ha funcionado la app, al tratar de reproducir cualquier canción dice que no está disponible. He reiniciado y nada que funciona.
