I HATE NEEDING PREMIUM ACCOUNT TO LISTEN TO COMPLETE SONGS! IT IS NOT IDEAL TO BE PREMIUN.
I cannot listen to music with no WiFi why when I am paying?
I’ve always had good experiences with Deezer personally. However I’ve been paying $11.99 AU for about a year now and all of a sudden I’m being charged $16.99 AU, why? This is really upsetting and I am not willing to pay the extra $5 every month, I’m already giving Deezer well over $100 a year you don’t need anymore from me
What can I do about adding my dad to my account? I’m paying premium so can I make him a profile or do I have to make him his own account and pay for it? If so that’s so silly and unadvanced. With Spotify you can add your family to it if you’re already paying for it and it’s cheaper than the $17 you guys are asking for every month
I agree that loss of notifications is a down grade in the app. The "Hear this" works great on my windows 10 laptop and I use it extensively to find new music.
Please bring back "Notifications" or "Hear this" to the android app.
It's making chromecast crash and i don't have "authorization" to see any of the solutions around here. I'm very close to switching to spotify. This is ridiculous.
I subscribed to Deezer through Cricket and after 2 weeks I was switched to free plan. The trial ended but the paid plan didn't kick in for some reason. I am at a loss. Cricket is not very helpful when I call.
