У меня была оформлена подписка Deezer Family, стоимостью 250 рублей в месяц. Сегодня моя подписка была отклонена и пришлось активировать premium+, которая стоила уже 229 рублей!
В чем причина отмены вами моей подписки и удорожания цены индивидуально ко мне?
Я конечно был крайне разочарован этими событиями, но надеюс на восстановление моего прежнего статуса подписки на прежних условиях. Спасибо!
Добрый день, у меня проблема с оплатой, я не могу оплатить подписку, хотя я вводу все правильно, но все равно выходит ошибка.
First I couldn’t pay for Deezer. The next day I could, so I updated my bank details, the money came out of my account yesterday and today I got an email stating I’m no longer subscribed.. yet I’ve paid for it.

Makes no sense.

I want a refund; I’m turning my subscription off.

@maquila all the ways to contact our support is on this existing topic and you can also search on the community for any help you might need. We do not have phone support.
Does anyone have the customer services email address for Deezer? I’ve cancelled my subscription and looking to get my money back because of the way my account has been working, would really appreciate it if anyone can help

Hi is there a number I can call ? I am being charged twice a month of 9.99 when it’s only supposed to be once a month when I go to look at my account online it says I’m only being charged once a month but when I look at my bank account it shows that I’m getting charged twice a month for a few months at least really need to talk to someone to get this fixed
