"Your server encountered an error " keeps popping up. Help!

For the last month I've been having trouble with my deezer app. Every post I read has said to delete the app and re-install. I don't have that options on my phone. I can only disable the app.
I need some help. Here's what it's been doing.
Half the time I try to play a playlist of mine an error comes up that it can't play. When I try to save a song to favorites or one of my playlist it says unable to save try again or you've encountered a service error. I've never had this problem beforw and don't know what to do.

Hi there, generally you should be able to delete the app on every phone. Can you please tell me which phone you have and post a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
Add as well which version of our app you have.

Sorry you're having an issue with our app. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

I have deleted and reinstalled app 5 times - it still gives same error msg.Very frustrating!!!

Sorry this is happening. Have you tried the troubleshooting above in the same order? Have you also tried using your device on a different network? Let me know, we can try to help you.
