Hi there 🙂
First of all I want to let you know that I had to remove the email address from this topic to protect your personal details. Please make sure not to post any details publicly since they are visible to everyone 🙂

We cannot transfer music from one account to another but there are several possibilities to solve this problem 😉

1. You could contact our support team and provide your details. They can tell you if it's possible to cancel one subscription and just subscribe again on your "old" account. That would probably be the easiest way.

2. You can transfer music yourself by logging in with your new account on www.deezer.com and search for your old profile. When you opened the old one, you can simply "pull" the lists and albums by pressing on the heart button. They will automatically be added to your new profile 🙂

I hope that helps!

Hey Emma, you can use a tool like https://www.mooval.de/ to transfer your music from one account to another but for that you would need the login of the old account. If the issue is that you don't recall the password and can't reset it, send a message to our support
on this link and they can help you with that 😉
I’ve purchased the monthly subscription fee but I can’t access any songs. I had an account a couple of months ago and I have got loads of music stored on my Sonos but I can’t play anything.

Hi @crocker1963, this account you subscribed was created yesterday. You had another account before with another email, therefore you are not able to find your songs, because they are in a different account. Please get in touch with our support team here and give them the previous account's email and they will be able to transfer the songs from one account to another for you 😉
Hi

We just subscribed to a Family subscribtion and I just can't stand the idea of clicking on the 900 hearts in my old favourites playlist to get it back on my new profile. There already is a button to add them to a new or existing playlist when the tracks are selected.

Hi @Littlebishop17

Have a read of this article it might be useful for you 🙂

Hello,

I used to have a single account for deezer and then the family started using it, now we have multiple accounts, but all the playlists are stuck on my account. Since I don't want to have them on my account now, is there a way to easily re-create them or migrate them to the profiles ?

Thanks a lot

Hi @Diad, There's no tool to transfer playlists between profiles or accounts yet, but there is a workaround that will let you "copy" a music library from a Deezer account into another profile.

It's going to sound a little complicated but it's actually really simple, please follow the steps below:

  • From a computer, please log into the Family profile with the playlist you wish to recover
  • Open the playlist and make sure it’s set as “public”
  • Copy the URL link from the address bar on the top of the page
  • Log into the profile you want the content copied to
  • Paste the link you copied on the address bar and you will see the account's favorites and playlists
That's it, but let me know if you need any extra help 🙂

Hi @Diad please see above on how to transfer music from a premium account to a family one. It works the same way, just think of "the new account" as the profile.

I hope this helps.
Hey @Rafael. yes, that's what I4m already doing, but I would actually like to see this playlist disapear from my master account.

As far as I know Flow is looking into my playlists to pickup songs and genre.

So again, I think that this would be a good feature anyway to be able to export a playlist as a text file of CSV and re-import as well.
@Flo.Deezer You nailed it thanks ! I got it working.

Thanks !

@TheVictorious187 I merged your post into this topic as it's been explained here 🙂 Please check above
I have used Deezer as part of a "Deezer family" package, with two accounts (one for my partner + one for me).

My partner stopped the "deezer family" package and move to a normal "deezer premium" account. As a result, I have lost access to my own account.

I will subscribe to a "deezer premium" account as well, but I would like to recover my music and playlist from our former "deezer family" account. How is this feasible?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, i activate deezer family and I try to add my wife but I can not add her deezer account, just a profile, how can I solve that?

Hi @Bragofsky, you can't add an account as a profile in your Family account, I'm afraid. But you can create a profile and then get in touch with support here and ask them to transfer the content of your wife's old account to her new profile 🙂
I've just subscribed deezer familiy for my children and we don't manage to import their previous account.
It was not said that it was impossible before subscription.
If impossible to export and import all account information, it' s totally unfair. I want immediate reimbursement!

Hi I have just established my own profile under a family account. The account is in my wife’s name and until now the family all saved favourites and created playlists under her user profile. Is there a way to pick the songs or even just transfer all the favourites or some/all of the established playlists to my user profile?

HI @Brettarobson if all your music is in separate lists in the master profile you can simply open those playlists while being in your profile, tapping on the heart will then add them to your profile 😉
