Technical problems with the repeat button - songs do not repeat


When I put on repeat after playing the song stops. I have to press play to restart the songs.

Hi there, can you explain this further? What do you mean by stops when put on repeat? And on what device does this happen?
Have noticed this issue recently on both the Android and iOS apps - when I try to select the repeat button, it flickers continuously through the 'repeat one', 'repeat all', and 'off' selections. When I get to the end of a song, it may repeat it again (if it happens to be on 'repeat one' at that precise moment) or may play through as usual. Really annoying and looking for a fix

Sorry that's happened. Have you tried reinstalling the apps? If you could tell me the OS, device and app version, I'd be really grateful as well.
When I set repeat button to Repeat One, and change track, the button flickers back to Repeat All. It is very uncomfortable

Sorry that's happened. In what device and OS are you experiencing this? Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Can it be changed? Because it is stupid to open Deezer every time  when you changes track, IMHO.

Are you experiencing the same @Danny Fortay? How can we help?

When I click on the 🔂 sign, so that one song playes on loop it doesn’t work for some reason. When song is finished it just stops and that’s it. This started happening a week ago or so, i tried to reinstall the app, to log out and log in, but nothing changes. Can anyone help with this?

Hi @Miona thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear this is happening. I just checked your Deezer Premium account and everything looks fine in our system, could you please answer the following questions for better understanding?

  1. Does this only happen offline or online as well?
  2. Does the problem occur only with mobile data or with good Wifi, too?
  3. Does it not work with any song or is this only a problem with some songs?
  4. Have you tried to log out and log in again with the email address?
  5. What is the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
  6. Which Operating System Version (Android, iOS, Windows) do you have installed?
  7. Which Deezer version do you have installed?

Hey can you please help me out cause this has been happening to me, whenever i press the 🔂 To play songs on loop it just stops and it doesn’t play and i have to press ▶️ To play it again tho rarely it plays and loops 2 times not forever

and before you ask me, i’ll  answers to your questions.

 

  1. This didn’t happened  only online but now it does
  2. It also now happens  when im connected with WiFi 
  3. And i think it happnes with almost every or any song i play.
  4. i didn’t do that but maybe i’ll do it .
  5. i use an Ipad pro 9.7 and its the device i have problems with
  1. Im  on IOS 11 version 11.41
  2. I installed the version that had the white icon (probably the old basic look until it was updated to the black one, and from there im been having problems with the 🔂 button please fix this please...

Hi @Spider-man Fan. thank you so much for all the information. Before I investigate for you, could you please try to click on the repeat track button twice: first click » a small dot appears next to the button » second click » a small number should appear as well

Thanks for trying and coming back to us. Have you tried reinstalling the app by any chance? What version have you got installed?

If you haven't reinstalled the app but wants to give it a try, don't forget to restart the device before installing it again?

THE REPEAT OPTION IS DEACTIVATED , UNACTIVATE-ABLE , 99.9% OF THE TIME. NOT NEW: PLEEEASE FIX *NOW* 

 

BOTH ON DESKTOP AND ON IPHONE, IPAD

(SOMETIMES IT IS ACCESSIBLE, BUT AS SAID, NOT EVEN 1% OF THE TIME) 

 

THIS IS NOT AT ALL  A NEW PROBLEM  . FOR AT LEAST 1 OR 2 YEARS.

THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM -

AND BECAUSE OF THIS I AM CONSIDERING LEAVING DEEZER PERMANENTLY.

 

AND IF I AM FORCED TO LEAVE  DEEZER FOR THIS I WILL  FEEL THE RESONSIBILITY TO TO WARM FUTURE CUSTOMERS OVER SOCIAL MEDIA -

SO PLEASEL….. DEEZER:  JOINT THE 20TH (FORGET THE 21ST) CENTURE , GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER AND CORRECTS THIS  *F U N D A M E N T A L *   FLAW.

Are you talking about this repeat button? 

 

I tried on both iPhone and Desktop App and I could not reproduce the error you are describing.

Could you please give me more information about your devices and when you can not activate the repeat option, please?
