Hi @agusril, I'm sorry to say, but you do need to check on your side :) This is very common to happen with any app, but easy to get it fixed.

Do you get an error message? Please clear the cache - https://en.deezercommunity.com/android-47/error-requested-content-is-not-loading-fail-to-load-content-62478

Let me know if it helps!

i know your answer is the standard answer for customer support things. but i let you know, a little detail.

i am subscriber for hifi. and all my complain is about hifi streaming. and, may be would help you to make a little consideration when suggesting. i am programmer and network guy. i am trying this kind of ‘suck’ things about this streaming is happening in all my devices, web, desktop(i am trying occasionally from my office) and android (some devices, not one!). in my tv, i am not to sure, just it seems i dont het hifi there. chromecast??? wow. it’s all the same. your hifi is a problem.  you song just stop here and there. sometime just back to stream sometimes just vanished to thin air.

i do really see your app network traffic.goes very high when start in a second or two. and  then it just stop. not slow. sometime if i change to other songs, it does repeat the same behaviour, sometimes it doesnt. so, guys, it is the problem may be not in your network but certainly in your app. not someone else device or network. if you can’t give hifi subscribtion, just said so. dont get a fuss. i’ll would change to regular subscribtion.

imho: dont tell me, in anticipation, my network is the culprit. i can play you tube 4k from my tv just very smoothly.

Hello @agusril same as my case. I don't understand why streaming new song takes too long to play it then crashing.

Then new case happen, for share option.. feature to sharing with insta story suddenly disappear  it's been the second time for me.. already update the deezer, clear caches, update instagram, but still same.

I confirm that there is a problem for some days now . I also say in jakarta and either through the app on my Mac or through safari, browsing around music names goes fast. My Speedtest is 20Mbps

When I select play on any music, it takes sometimes 2h to start to play …

i think i’ve got a little clue here.

using the same isp:

vpn through singapore i’ve got traffics 25mbp-40mbs, streaming hifi.  though still got error popup. but a little bearable.

using regular connection i’ve got just 1mbps-2mbps, streaming hifi. almost impossible to hear anything.

both i’ve got the traffic from the exact same internet ip(deezer?).

so deezer’s guys how about these?

just curious: why i’ve got served by the same ip??? is this normal??

Hi there @agusril

Sorry for the late reply, your topic has fallen off our radar. There could be an issue since you successfully used the VPN. Have you noticed any improvement in the last few days? Let me know and I'll try to help :thumbsup_tone2:

It sounds like a problem with peerings and interchange links in your internet provide. I can only suggest you to try in another provider since Deezer has no way to “force” internet provider in change ANY contract with interchange places..

Apart from this, I have seen that you use Linux. I can suggest you those links:

https://github.com/siphomateke/deezer

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/deezer/

Ubuntu is first link, for manjaro, arch.. etc the third and the second one to get your vote so in some point we can get the official app running in Linux.

The app itself is the official, but it’s not officially suported and it’s made by community with some quiks to the official one in windows( works so much better than other ones since is the original ones that is in electron.. so it’s as nativa as the windows one or spotify ones since they both use encapsulated electron.

I also have the same problem, I also live in Bandung, Indonesia. Playing music and downloading still takes a long time, even in 2 hours only 13 music is downloaded. My internet is in good condition, download speed: 13.2 mbps and upload : 9.46 mbps when testing using ookla.
