Songs have disappeared from my playlist


Hi! I have a problem with my playlist. I have 2 playlist. One has around 1990 songs and another one has about 1200-1300 but neither of them shows all of the songs. The playlist with larger amount of songs shows under half of the songs (about 900) and the other one shows 800? I have tried my best to solve the problem by myself but haven't been able to. What could I do to fix the problem?

Hi @Jari 

each playlist has a share option at the top, please use that and copy the link to here ;) 

 

Also try this: - (it will delete any downloaded songs for offline use)

 

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Deezer
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Deezer
Log in to Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

Thanks for reporting this to us. In which platform, OS and app versions is this happening on? Have you tried clearing the app's cache and then after that also increasing its size? Let us know!

I'm using my phone (honor 10 so it's android). I don't have any problems while using computer.

I just cleared the app's cache and increased it, but it didn't work.

I’m just guessing here but do some mobile platforms only show 1000 of a playlist (even if it has more)?

Also - maybe share your playlist here so we can also check :)  (I’m an android user) :) 

I would share it but not sure how

 

And it "worked" (did same thing sometimes but after a while everything went normal) before but now it is glitching in the same state (for a over 2 weeks)

Unfortunately that didn't work :( even though I followed the exact order

And there is no share option.

Sorry to hear that. I've carried out some maintenance on your account. Let me know if it helps - and for sharing, you need to find the 3 little dots to open the share option - you can take a screenshot to help us see it too :thumbsup_tone2:

But if the songs are greyed out because of territorial rights, check here :wink:

There is the 3 dots but there is no share. Only dowload ans etc

I love you is the last song showing but just 3 days ago I added juice wrld's new album

Same thing with the other one. Nothing seems working

Hey @Jari 

Have you tried changing the order of the tracks to see if you can find the latest added tracks? Have you also tried opening the same playlists via desktop app or web on a computer?

I have changed the order of the tracks but it isn't working

And on a computer on a app it is working just fine

I have the latest updated version from google play store. If you need some number version I'm not sure where to check that out

Hello, songs of my playlist have disappeared as well. I have 1658 songs in my second playlist and over the half of the songs have disappeared. I tried the instruction steps of Rob Igo but nothing changed.. I would appreciate some suggestion to fix it.

Hello @Jari, could you check on the web if your playlist is complete?

Not sure what do u mean by complete, sorry. But it still doesn't show all of the songs (deezer app on phone)

what @Kevin Deezer   means is - can you log on to your account via a pc/web browser and see if all the songs in the playlist are there?
