Songs have disappeared from my playlist


Hi! I have a problem with my playlist. I have 2 playlist. One has around 1990 songs and another one has about 1200-1300 but neither of them shows all of the songs. The playlist with larger amount of songs shows under half of the songs (about 900) and the other one shows 800? I have tried my best to solve the problem by myself but haven't been able to. What could I do to fix the problem?

Hi @Jari 

each playlist has a share option at the top, please use that and copy the link to here ;) 

 

Also try this: - (it will delete any downloaded songs for offline use)

 

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Deezer
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Deezer
Log in to Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

Hi there @Jari 

Thanks for reporting this to us. In which platform, OS and app versions is this happening on? Have you tried clearing the app's cache and then after that also increasing its size? Let us know!

I'm using my phone (honor 10 so it's android). I don't have any problems while using computer.

I just cleared the app's cache and increased it, but it didn't work.

I’m just guessing here but do some mobile platforms only show 1000 of a playlist (even if it has more)?

Also - maybe share your playlist here so we can also check :)  (I’m an android user) :) 

I would share it but not sure how

 

And it "worked" (did same thing sometimes but after a while everything went normal) before but now it is glitching in the same state (for a over 2 weeks)
