Smart Cache is -1

My smart caché is always in -1 which makes no sense. Shouldn’t it reflect the amount of cache it’s using?

I’m using the Android app and it’s updated. I guess the smart cache is working because I can replay songs I haven’t downloaded, but there’s something wrong there. For a problem I have with an album that I can’t download they told me the problem might be the smart cache that is full, but how can I know if my app is showing that the Smart Cache is at minus 1?

Are you talking about the smart cache bar you see in your settings? That’s how much space you allow, it should set it around the mid of the bar at least.

Can you send a screenshot of what you see? Thanks

@Yula I’m talking about this:

Hey there @JJST do you have an SD card on your phone? Is the Deezer app on it?

I'm interested in the answer to this as well, for curiosity's sake. My Smart Cache has been  reported as -1 for as long as I can remember, and I assumed it was equivalent to an 'auto' setting based on how much free space was available when running. For what it's worth, I have an SD card installed. It's used for saving downloads - the app itself is installed in internal storage.

@Yula Right now, as @Rick P. , my downloads are being stored on my SD card, but the app is on the internal storage
