Slow download and music freezing

Dears,
I am experiencing a slow download and several cracks during music playing. Not only in the mobile but also in the computer. There is no problem with my internet connection. Others streaming service are working fine.
What's going on, Deezer?

Which devices exactly are you using, which Deezer versions are installed on each device?

Can you also tell me more about the issue itself?
What exactly are you doing before it happens?
Do you get error messages?

You can clear the app's cache first and see if it's better afterwards (if you're using Deezer on www.deezer.com, please clear your browser's cache) 🙂

Device: iPhone 8 plus
Deezer version: 6.37.1.3

I am attaching a printscreen, so you can see what is going on. The error messages in Portuguese are: "it was not possible to load the page"; "there was an error"; and "try again".

I used to have the same problem at my computer using Deezer App for desktop.

I cleaned all change but it did not fix the problem.

Hi again, that's strange. i'd assume it's an issue with your network. Any chance you could test on another device in the same wifi?

Have you reinstalled the app and tried another connection?
Yes I have. And it worked fine with another wifi connection.

i have the same issue. freeze and slow download or charge.

i try on pc, and differents mobiles and is the same.

have 100mb connection

i live in argentina.

Sorry to hear that. I've carried out some maintenance on your account to see if it helps.

Please reinstall all the apps to the latest version and change your password following the email I sent you. Try to login again and let me know if the problem persists :thumbsup_tone2:

re install in all my devices and is the same. slow charge on the phone and slow and freeze at the pc. 

always on wifi connection 100mb

Does it happen the same with another internet? Please turn your devices and your wifi off at the same time for about 3 minutes and let me know if it helps.

That's the Android version (6.1.14) - what about your desktop app? And what about your PC specs, what system do you have?

Bruh Deezer is lowkey a good music streaming, better than any others. But idk your server sucks lol. I start using Deezer 2 years ago, ok i thought my connection or just their apps isnt optimized enough. Then now i installed it again, and it just the same. It is buffering the whole time lmao what a waste.

Okay keep askin’ to us, moderator. U’re not solving any problem here. Unless Deezer improves their server connection. I used NASA Supercomputer with 9999GBps still buffers

Apologies for the inconvenience. Buffering can be caused by different reasons, that's why need to know more about the individual user experience. These include device, OS, type of connection, country, etc. Could you help us out by describing in what circumstances this happens with you? 

Same problem. As I can see it appears again and again. I use latest version of Deezer with 100mbps WiFi 5G connection on IPhone XR. Previously I thought that slower downloading depends on connection type (mobile 4g or any public networks) but the problem seems not being caused by network  because other streaming services do work well at the same time. I seriously think on stop my Deezer Premium and subscribe Apple Music only (even though my Deezer trial period hasn’t ended up yet), besides Apple announced lossless and Dolby atmos playback. I mean it, Deezer team, having the best music app you don’t solve the issue for years. Think on it, please.

They run a small team, as they can not afford big investments as little company.

I recommend to stay with them, even little progress is progress for a better tomorrow.

They fix bugs all year long in 2021 just to make app more bug free. Worth waiting for a while.

Yes I hope so. By the way I made a mistake in my previous post - I have Deezer HiFi not Premium, it’s highest quality, heh. That’s why Deezer is the best app. But I’m afraid Apple’s intention to reveal lossless music seems to take over Deezer like monopoly giants do…

They are big names yes, but they won’t beat Deezer.

You know why? At start Apple Hifi is only with 20 Mio tracks.

Only in a year their agent claimed to give people 70 Mio tracks Hifi which Deezer has now.

They just need to make rid of bugs at Deezer, the solid product will sell.

Many claimed here in Community that Deezer annual Hifi is even cheaper than Apple.

Also when you get annually at least 25% off based on country, it makes bugs bearable.

Yes, they are different brands. Apple can have the same price for HiFi and no HiFi because money they lost there is solved with money from iDevices, and they also have better servers with faster speeds.
At the beginning they will have 20million HiFi songs and is a matter of months to catch Tidal,Deezer,etc.
In the other side, Deezer only works with music streaming, there is no shop for buying songs and they don’t develop hardware.

But….Deezer is better for example offering you a desktop version and a better web version than Apple. Also, Android version of Deezer is better because Apple is more focused on its ecosystem..

Deezer offers more customization: crossfade, monochrome player, icon theme, country selector, statistics, etc. Apple has a lot of work to do in that way.
Deezer has its sessions for artists, but i haven’t heard anything of that for Apple...maybe that show called Carpool .

Another point for the french company. They listen to users through this community and beta testers. Apple has only feedback . How many times do you think i-Users have asked Apple to bring HiFi when Tidal,Deezer,Qobuz,Amazon already had it? Those companies aren’t as big as Apple and have better things.

For sure there are more things to compare, however, I will finish with one: maybe one day, the music market changes as it did with vinyls, cd’s, walkman’s, bough songs, now streaming services….who knows what’s next? What if Spoty, Apple music shut down forever? 
Have you heard about Gaussian normal curve? What increases, decreases .

You don’t have to go far away: inside Apple itself, iPhone killed iPod, because you know, a 800$ device with an audio chip of… let’s say 20$ offers the same quality than an Astell Kern (for example), which audio chip costs at least 5x more. That’s why brands like FiiO, Shanling, Sony, Pioneer-Onyko, Hifiman, etc are selling DAPs  like hotcakes: more battery, better sound, no notifications, option to have your microsd’s songs or through streaming services, more in/out-puts,etc.

Translating this to streaming services, if biggest streaming services close, is possible that smaller streaming services become more relevant for people that love that way.
