Shuffle mode in a Premium or Family account

Hi

My app is on shuffle mode while i did not activate it. Yesterday it was working fine.

I have premium subscription can you please check?

For some reason, when you push play on a playlist, is in shuffle mode by default, and you have to manually turn it off. At least it's been that way for me.

Hello @Malkis thank you for contacting us. Please click on the first or another track in the playlist to avoid the Shuffle-Mode :wink:

Anybody? Pls fix

Hi @jonathan.digby thanks for asking us. Do you click on Shuffle my Music? Please open your favourite song list first and then click on the Shuffle Mode button. In case it still doesn’t work please let us know which Deezer version you are using and which buttons you click on. Thank you

I have a premium account but shuffle play does NOT work even when the shuffle play button is activated and showing red on the main page. I use a Samsung tab E to play music over a Google home group of four devices. What's up with this, did I forget to do something?
