Play music offline

I have downloaded my songs correctly and they have a green dot in front of them, so why when I have no internet will they not play? can anyone help?

Do you get any error message? Please clear the cache - Deezer > settings > app > clear cache.
This will remove all of your downloaded songs and you will have to download them again.
