Lounch track mix….. Really? When I saw the new update I was so happy to see track mix ... But I have to say it’s not working it’s absolutely terrible and I hope it’s going to be fixed very soon.

Hey @DETAILBOX sorry to hear this :/ Can you give me further info about the bug please? 

if I want too hear similar mood or similar song’s -? For example “Daddy was a milkman - Breathe in - then I pres track mix - and all songs which comes next are totally wrong mood, wrong language, wrong speed atc…..   I don’t understand why ?!  I Tryd the radio on Spotify.  Completely different experience….  
Doesn’t really matter which song you choose it’s always wrong what is playing next.

Thanks for the feedback, once again. I've replied to you on another topic.

It seems that you're unhappy with the quality of the recommended tracks, I can understand. Which version of the app do you have? Can you see a mood button in the player? (an angry face icon) perhaps by changing the mood, you can get better suggestions.

I face the following problem. After the third song then fourth is… the first one. The sixth is the second. A loop of three or four songs. Very annoying. Any clue?

Sorry to hear what's happening. Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if it helps?

What device and OS do you have?

Android version 10. Huawei phone. Not very fan at the idea of reinstalling. Having 1600 tracks downl8...

Because this is happening to both devices, I'd appreciate it if you could take me through the steps to reproduce the issue on your side. From opening the app to the playlist, track or feature you tap to start playing music.

If you could, please let us know which app versions you've got on both. A video or screenshot could be extremely helpful too, but I'll leave that to you. Once I've got more info, I'll be forwarding everything to our devs so that they can sort it out :thumbsup_tone2:

Look above. I’ve launched “Track Mix” from a track. Out of 16 songs I’ve got 3 times “sous le ciel de Paris”, Twice “Un Oranger”, Twice “La Mer” Twice “les Amants” Twice “trois petites notes de Musique”., Twice “les amants” And Whatever track I pickup same pattern.  13 out 16 are duplicate or triple.

I’m on the latest versions on EVERY device. Always up to date. same pattern whatever device I’m using. I’ve deleted the buffer on my iPad. No Change.

It is very common how track and artist mix works.

I’ve been posting them feedback about it whole 6 months customer time.

Some channels play 4 songs in repeat only, and others play one and then charts is the rest.

I hope they can fix it.
