When I use deezer on my phones my music plays perfectly 99% of the time, but when I use the app on my TV it always cuts the last 30 seconds off every song, why????

Can you provide more details on you TV Make and Model, The OS version and the Deezer version it’s running?

Can you also confirm whether you’re a Free or Premium user?

It's a Toshiba 65UL2063DB running version V.0.51.28.0 with the latest version of deeper and im a premium member

What OS does your TV have?

We're only compatible with Hisense, Samsung, LG and Android TV models.

If it’s an Android TV. Have you tried to delete the Deezer app from your apps on the TV hub and download it again?

I would also suggest you to try to change your password before doing the log in again once you have downloaded the app.
