Your feedback would carry more weight and be more effective if you:

  • Identified:
    • The song you were listening to
    • The device you were listening to
  • Tried other songs - from the little you provided it sounds like you didn’t
  • Pursued getting a refund like an adult and detailed your experience
  • Didn’t type everything in uppercase
  • Were respectful and didn’t act like a child
  • Didn’t use crude language

Sorry about how you feel. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)
