Bascially, this - daily playlists that I have on different devices differ: for instance, today on mobile I have playlists "Similar to Ария, Ленинград, Пикник...", "Similar to Max Barskih, #2Маши..." and "Similar to David Bowie, Led Zeppelin..., however, on PC the Flow playlists are completely different.

Something happened and today the classy playlist with Nicola Conte, Charlie Haden, Paul Motian, Anders Jormin … is in browser on PC too. I think my problem is solved.

You can as well update manually lists.

Refresh page in browser or swipe down and refresh in Android app Deezer main page.

Hi there @Sakhumzi N.

I can see from our end that you have a Family subscription. So you use the same login details for each member, but you can set up different Family profiles - with different favourites and likes. For more info, please check our Family Guide here 😉

Hi @Rudi

I have set up the different family accounts and the flow playlists I do receive are tailored to my interests. The issues arises with the daily playlist as the songs I receive for the weekly flow playlist are consistent through my devices. The daily playlists are the same for my phone and computer web browser, but they slightly differ when it comes to the desktop app. Please look at the attached screenshots as an example. The playlists are of the same day and same inspirations, but the songs in the playlists are not the same.

Hi there @Sakhumzi N.

Thank you for coming back to me and giving such an elaborate report. I've asked our devs about this and will let you know once I get an update!

@Sakhumzi N.

Spoke to our devs and you should try clearing your browser's cache to see if the problem is solved. The playlists are indeed supposed to be the same across all devices.

Hi @Rudi

I have cleared the cache in my web browser and the daily playlists still differ to the playlists on the Desktop app. I even installed a different web browser and logged in on incognito mode, but the results did not change.

As the playlists are consistent on other devices (and browsers) and only differ on the desktop browser, I decided to uninstall the desktop app. Following re-installation, I encountered a new issue with the desktop app. It loads for about a second and then crashes, therefore, I am unable to indicate whether the playlists have become the same or not.

Hi there @Sakhumzi N.

I've checked with our devs and the playlist being different on the browser could be an issue on our side. So keep checking and in the next couple of days give me an update - it should be 'fixed'.
In relation to the app, please reinstall it to the latest version (4.2.5) to see if it helps. Also check this topic for a workaround, you might be affected by a bug we're investigating.

Hi @Rudi

Thank you for the updates, I have managed to reinstall and login to the latest version of the desktop app. I will give you an update in the coming days on the status of the daily playlists issue.

Hi @Rudi

The issue with the differing playlists still persists.

Hi there @Sakhumzi N.

That's a shame! Have you updated the app which was just released? Log out before you do so. I'll pass on the feedback to our devs in the meantime 😉

Thank you. I updated the app, but the playlists are still not the same.

Hi @Sakhumzi N. are you sure that you are logged into the same account on your devices? We do not have other users complaining about this at the moment.

Hi @Flo.Deezer

Yes, I am sure. It's alright though, the issue doesn't stop me from using the app, its just an inconvenience.

I have the same issue. I have one great daily playlist on my iPad, mainly jazz, but this playlist is absent on PC in browser. I have only one account. I’ll try clearing the cache, will try the app for PC.

P.S. Neither clearing cache and cookies nor using the app for PC helped.

Something happened and today the classy playlist with Nicola Conte, Charlie Haden, Paul Motian, Anders Jormin … is in browser on PC too. I think my problem is solved.

hpguru, thank you.

I think I tried to refresh the page yesterday, by F5 and also Ctrl+F5 and it did not help to solve the problem.

Hey @Sergey Oskolkov

Try logging out and logging back in, double-checking your credentials. If it persists, let us know which app version you've got so that we can investigate it further:relaxed:

Hi @Rudi

As i wrote on april 4th, the playlists somehow synchronized the next day and now everything is ok, the problem is no more.
