Deezer is ignoring a complaint. Is this usual?

Hi. Can anyone tell me if its usual for Deezer to treat complaints as feedback? The app that I pay a subscription for is faulty and seems to have been faulty for quite some time. I have been told I meed to close all other applications and restart my phone every time i want my downloads to DOWNLOAD. Nothing about this fault in their application prior to subscribing and that cant be fair. I made a complaint and was told it was going to be called feedback for which i wont get a reply at all.

Hello @tintin123, no we try and assist all our users, it can happen that something excapes us but it’s not intentional. 

Can you give me more information about the device you are having problems with? 

Have you been in contact with our Support?
