Continuous mixes not playing

I keep getting errors when trying to play continuous mixes on an album.

"Error: failed to play
The requested content is not loading."

Grotesque Reworked & Remixed and Pure Trance 6 are two examples.

Yes, but it is possible that the there's an error in the smart cache for some of the tracks from that albums. I checked and didn't have any issues. Please remove the albums from your music library first and then delete the smart cache (+cache if the albums were downloaded). Then restart the app and add the albums to your library again. Does that work?



If not, are you using an sd card in the device?

Hi @damo88, please go to the app settings of Deezer and increase the size of the smart cache a bit and restart the phone. If that doesn't help, are you using an sd card? Also does this happen on Wifi and on mobile network?

Tried that and getting the same error. I'm not sure cache is the issue, as there are continuous mixes that do play fine. Happens on wifi and mobile network, phone and tablet.

Removed the albums from my library, emptied smart cache and still getting the same error. The continuous mixes on these 2 specific albums have never played for me.

Have you tried playing the continuous mixes on these albums and they work?

I checked with the team and technically the tracks are fine but they are not available on countries. Are they also greyed out for you? If not, which country are you based in?
I'm using an Andriod device and when I first installed the app everything was going well but now i can't play almost any song that I didn't download yet and even if I download them they don't load even though I have updated the app. Also one thing I noticed there are no some artists that are extremly popular in the kpop community like EXO and Nct 127 but any tips on how to fix the first problem?

Hi all.
A problem may occur if the mix has been deleted in your region. In Russia this problem appears regularly, and I'm forced to delete my favorite mixes.
Who can explain to me the reason for deleting mixes "concentration", "old-school hip-hop" and "American rap"?
