Hi there

Could anyone assist please? Ive cancelled my subscription and saved my music in private playlists.  Should it rather be saved in collaborative playlists…?  How would I be sure I would be able to access my music after cut off date? I want to access Deezer in free mode.

Hi @Foxy Lady

put them in private - you will still be able to access them even if your Deezer is a free account (though I think you’ll only be able to listen in shuffle mode).

Hi @Foxy Lady no worries, all your music (favourite songs, albums, artists and playlists) are saved - even if you use the Deezer Free version. You can still access your private playlists and see all the songs

At the moment, the Deezer Free version doesn’t provide users with the ability to select tracks or shuffle play on mobile phones. You can still choose tracks and shuffle play in the Deezer Desktop App and webbrowser version.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Pia but how do I SAVE my music? in Private or Collaborative mo?
