I have got the same message issue.

I run Deezer Hifi on HIFI quality with 10 Mbps internet at home and I have no issues at all.

My setup is increasing Cache size in apps settings to 1GB at least.

The next thing I’d try deleting app and installing it back. Let us know!

Please if you listen HQ, try Hifi about NOW, you are literally missing out. Even with basic Audio Technica headphones selling for around €129 you can hear the vibe new way which is Hi-Fi.

Just look for headphones with low impedance so you’d run them on laptop or phone just fine.

No DAC needed :)

Hi @Idk

Do you get any error messages? If so, which one? What phone do you have?
Perhaps you should try a different connection on your phone to see if the problem continues. I.e. mobile if you're currently using Wi-Fi.
Give it a go and let me know if it doesn't work!

I have got the same message issue.

What version of the Deezer app @Yuriy Lisovenko? Try updating it, that could be a bug we already fixed :relaxed:

Thanks a lot for the screenshot @Yuriy Lisovenko and yes, please update the app to the next version as soon as it becomes available to you.

But in order to check this properly, please uninstall this version first, restart your phone, and then download the newest version (6.2.31.68).

Thanks Rudi, will do it and come back if the issue remains.
