sorry if I didn't quite get your question the first time.

Deezer is a streaming service so will always stream when you're not in offline mode but i will also use tracks that are downloaded or in the smart cache.

What smart phone are you using. I'm on Android, there's an option under "Downloaded" to "Shuffle Play" which will shuffle what you've downloaded - is that what you need/meant (I don't know if this applies to iOS/Apple).

Ok, thanks for the response. So now we're back to my original problem, which I thought for a moment I had resolved.

So basically, Deezer is totally unable to randomly select a song from all the downloaded content and play it.. The shuffle option under downloaded only shuffles the currently selected playlist, sadly.

you didn't mention what phone you were using.?

On Android there's a Shuffle Option under downloaded which will shuffle all downloaded albums and playlists.

Also when I'm in Offline mode (I've just checked this by putting my phone into airplane mode as well), when I hit "Flow" it plays.... (obviously from what I've downloaded and whats in the cache).

Apologies. It's an Android, LG G6.

And as I said, the shuffle option under downloads just shuffles the first (or currently selected) playlist, and Flow in offline mode does exactly the same.

I’m using the iOS and the option of shuffle download is there and it shuffles all my playlist and album but it’s it’s restricted to 1000 tracks per shuffle I.e it randomly picks 1000 songs for you when you hit the shuffle button. If you get tired, hit the shuffle again and it will randomly pick another 1000 songs from the playlist.

Where do you see the 1000 tracks restriction? under the queue list?
The reason I asked is if you play Flow the queue list gets emptied out and your could start the queue over again from 0....

It’s actually on the queue list. Flow doesn’t show the next track but shuffle download shows all the 1000 track including the time it will take to complete the track
