Unable to stream through mobile and desktop app

I recently noticed that I have been unable to stream music through my Deezer mobile app (Android) or my MacBook desktop app. This has frustrated me as it has nothing to do with Internet connection as I'm able to stream my music through the web version (deezer.com).

I haven't been able to listen to music on the go today and it seems this problem is not going away soon as I have reinstalled my app and restarted my devices.

Please I will appreciate if someone can help me as I'm addicted to music and will be forced to look for alternatives if this is not quickly resolved

if you can stream music on the go (I guess you mean not on wifi) but then it doesn't work when you're on wifi I'd guess there's a problem with your wifi.

Have you tried turning your router/hub off (for at least 15 seconds) and then on and re-trying?

Also try un-installing the desktop app, restarting your pc and re-installing and see how you get on :)
