Unable to edit my song order in playlists - Fitbit

Hello! I am using Deezer on Xiaomi 4x, and for the last week the app do not let me change the order of the tracks in my playlists. The screenshot attached shows the error in Russian (it means "impossible to edit the playlist"). What should I do to fix this?

Hi there, that is strange. Can you share the version of the Deezer app you have installed and the devices you are using 😉
  • @Flo.Deezer Android version 5.4.21.16 (dated May 9, 2018 - so, it's the latest version I guess), on Huawei P10 (EMUI8.0 = Oreo).

Hi @nixy we are discussing the problem here.

Can you confirm the version of the app you have installed?

@R K we have passed this on to our developers, hopefully they find a solution soon 😉 We will keep you up to date once we have more info!
@Flo.Deezer Thanks. Just FYI: issue only effects changing tracks order, playlist info can still be edited.
Hi guys as per other people's issues I cannot change track order of my playlist either. It allows me to move them but when I click to save I get a error message which says unable to edit playlist. When will this be resolved please?

Hm... I was also able to reproduce the issue on my end as well.
As @Flo.Deezer said, it's forwarded now and our developers are looking in to it! 🙂

This is annoying. Why can't I rearrange my playlist order? I keep getting this error message. Please fix this issue.

Hi Shannon/support team,
Were there some changes recently? I used to be able to edit the order or my songs in my playlists through the app on my phone (android).. Since yesterday I am unable to. Shows me the same error message as the others are getting. Please let me know are you guys fixing this or is this a new thing moving forwards. Thank you.

HI @Merger.Kholoane

I had a issue in the past with my bluetooth car receiver being distorted but found that if I turned down my phone output volume to about 75/80% (and then increased with car stereo volume) it fixed it... not sure this will work for you but saw your post and thought I'd mention! 🙂
Cant change order of playlist
