Premium user - Why Shuffle play


My music is not playing in the order I set up....How do I fix this?

Hi there, that's really strange. Just checked and your account is on Premium. Please make sure that the shuffle button in the player is not enable. It needs to be grey. is that the case?

Awesome! Not sure how I enabled the shuffle but moving forward It is fixed now. Thank u.
I have premium account but why ? Its ringing other song

@Neymar JR I merged your post into this topic. Your account is on Premium. So I assume if you have that issue, the Shuffle button is enabled. Have you checked on the player?

@askingchair49 I moved your post to this topic too. Please also check in the Deezer player if the shuffle button is enabled and if so disable it. Does that help?
i have a premium account and have tried, but can’t turn shuffle off-please help

Hi @elliottms you can always turn shuffle off. If you go the currently playing song in the player you will see a little icon with two over crossed arrows. If it is blue then tap on it and it will turn off. If you start a playlist or album by tapping on the big blue button it will shuffle the playlist/album. If you tap on the first song instead it will play the list in order.
I've signed in with the correct email: [removed to protect personal details] and I have tried turning off shuffle. I have tried turning it off by tapping on the two over crossed arrows as well as tapping on the first song and it still plays it in shuffle mode.

Should I log out as well as delete the app and redo it all again?
