Hey @Nathan.Brown Thanks a lot for reaching out 🙂 I'm afraid that the old version cannot be reactivated 😞 However, please share your feedback here, the best ideas are voted by other users and it will definitely help 😉

Is't possible to get back to the old Deezer Layout?
as i'm not interested in the new Design and also the Related Artist tab has been gone for 2/3 of the bands
Can you (*censored*) stop with the emojis for once?

The new layout is garbage and everyone seems to think that way and it's pretty clear that you only made the changes to look more like Spotify. Apart from that being an incredibly pathetic attempt to make your UI seem more appealing (it looks like spotify, so it HAS to be good, right?), the new UI is an even bigger waste of space than even Spotify's it. The old UI was the biggest reason for a lot of people to use Deezer over Spotify, now I just use it because I don't get any adverts with NoScript activated (thanks for that btw).

That (*censored*) wink at the end really tells you anything you need to know about how much deezer cares about your opinion.

Hey @The Noodle Drip

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you feel that way. It's almost impossible to please everyone, but your feedback is important.
And there's no intention to mimic any other streaming platform. Deezer always had a unique identity and we don't intend to change that. And listening to both sides of opinions, like yours, is essential to our development.

While I'm not asking to bring the old UI back, whatever that was, I don't think "unique identity" should precede "usefulness". The other way around, on the contrary.

Spotify used to have a great UI too like 3 years ago and then they changed it for the worse.

As for the emojis, I can second that, it's not exactly professional to use them in responses if you're a part of the official team.

Oh really? Explain the reason behind the obvious similarities then.

The old UI was unique. The new one is just a buggy and unresponsive waste of space, literally, I can't even switch playlists without something glitching out.

But at least there's a dark mode, right?

You could just make the old UI optional for those who hate the new one (the majority of users from what I've seen) or better yet, let users customise the UI. That would make Deezer even more unique, by the way
