List of Favourite albums

I just have bought a Premium Deezer for a year. Yesterday I had 1042 beloved albums, now I have 996 (in the morning there were 991, since then I have added 5, just to test if it is possible).
Is there any reason for such inconvenience?
If there is a limit (like on other lists up to 1000) what is the key for removing albums from the list? Random? Is it possible to receive (even in text form) my previous list just to make second choice and (perhaps) limit it up to 1000?
Perhaps you have an idea?

Hi @Tomasz Stecewicz sorry about the late reply. This is very strange. On which device did this happen? Are you seeing different number of albums on the desktop and the lower one on the phone or have you noticed this always on the same device? We used to have a limit of 1000 on phones, but there is a general 2000 limit. Please let me know which mobile device you have and which version of the app.

Dear Flo, in fact I used Deezer mainly on computer (in Google Chrome, for some time also at Deezer for PC, version 4.7.1) , but last time I tried also an application for my mobile phones (updated version from Google Play), but I used it three or four times before my lost.

I agree with Flo, it seems strange. Do you know by any chance if the albums that disappeared had an artist in common? It could be that the catalogue has changed in Poland - even though is a substantial amount of albums.
I've also sent you a password reset email, just for precaution.

in fact I am sure, that there were different artists among disappeared albums.
On the next day I placed again on the list one of albums that dissapeared: Bauhaus: Burning from inside, which was in the general catalogue as previously, but not on my list after this disappearance.

Ok, I am awaiting in hope for the best solutions of the problem.

I had over 700 albums on my list, there are now only 35 showing.
I only use the website, not the app. Has there been an update or something which means these are not showing? need to get the back please help.

ive been with deezer for many many years
Is it time to cancel my account and switch to another streaming provider?

only 10 of my albums appear in my music, yet I have 873 more-this has only happened recently,
I am extremely confused.
I still have the 873 albums but cant search or shuffle them.
