Deezer only plays one song and then stops

So I log in and click on Flow or a playlist or a specific song. One song plays. The song ends but the bottom left corner where the current song is displayed looks as if it was still playing. No other song starts playing and nothing happens when I click on another song. I have to refresh the page to hear another song but then the same thing happens.
I have been having this problem for about a week now. My flash player is up to date. I already deactivated all my add-ons the last time I had trouble with Deezer. I use Firefox on a laptop.

Any ideas?

Why flash? so many flaws with that technology
they kinda "released" a html5 version for firefox after centuries ;-P It's just that chrome is not sooo resource friendly and I was waiting for firefox html5 for a long time

it's in settings/deezer labs.
Thank you for the tip with html5 but unfortunately that doesn't seem to solve the problem. I can now skip or choose another song while a song's playing but once it's over deezer doesn't let me do anything besides hear it again.

Hi there, that's strange. Does that happen on other browsers as well? And have you tried to update the browser itself?
Firefox is the newest version. I tried Internet explorer but it's the same problem.

We are not able to reproduce that issue in any browser. So does the browser freeze completely or what do you mean by ... but once it's over deezer doesn't let me do anything besides hear it again.

The browser doesn't freeze: I'm able to click on the play button in the bottom left corner and hear the song again, I can also navigate the website, open another playlist, use the search function, etc. When I click on a song the picture above the play button changes to the right one but the song won't play. The skip buttons don't work, either.
So all I can do is listen to the one song or refresh the page everytime I want to hear a new song.

@TausendundeineNacht, @Anja - exactly the same problem for me - has been happening constantly for the past two weeks or so. The same problem has occurred for me across Safari, Chrome and Firefox (I even installed Firefox specifically to test this) and regardless of whether the html5 version is selected or not. I have also re-installed Flash to no avail....

I have the same problem, it starts to look as if it is glitching and does the same as "TausendundeineNacht" mentions, exactly how he mentions. Can someone plz help! Im in the UK btw
yo i've got the same problem but i've a quicker solution than having to log in and out .if you are on a computer press f5 and it will refresh the page however that doesnt solve the problem

Thanks for the details @kieran_seymo3647, @Imperial Playboi and @TausendundeineNacht! I'm still not able to reproduce the issue. Are there any extension added to your browsers?

Also it looks like you are all free users. Would you mind logging in on a mobile phone? That should automatically start the 15 day free trial to your accounts (no need to worry, that subscription ends automatically 😉 ). And if you then check with a premium+ account on browser, do you still have the issue?
For me, the issue seems resolved by using the new Firefox Quantum.
Nothings working! i might as well download the youtube vids as mp3's and listen through media player 😠

Google chrome, internet explorer. Keep in mind that this is a school computer and i cant make any hudge alterations. i'll probably talk to some of the IT guys here and see if its something this end

Sorry for the delayed reply. We missed this topic. Do you still have the issue? If so, are there any restrictions in the school wifi or any addons in the browsers? Do you have the same problem in your home wifi?

Same here, tried with Firefox (Quantum), Chrome (last version) and IE11, tried on Windows and Mac. I have a free account, I tried with enterprise network as well as GSM and get always a single song playing and then nothing. I tried the html5 player and flash.

Ok it looks like the service is not working anymore for me, 3 computers, 1 phone, 3 browsers same effect. It doesn't look like an isolate bug, the only common point is my account. It is a free account used each time. Last test I will create a new account and see if it goes better.

But do you have the exact same problem on all devices (browser and app)? Also please let me know if you have the same issue with another account 🙂 Happy to check.
I have the exact same issue, but only on my computer, not on my mobile phone using the app. I use Chrome on my Macbook Pro and it does this all the time. I can choose a song, or play one song through "Flow". After that it doesn't skip to the next song, it just stops. If i press play on any other song, it just keeps playing the first song. Refreshing the browser starts it over again, but then it stays on whatever song I play.
I am also having the same issue and this has been for 2 weeks now.
Creating a new account or changing browsers does not help at all.
Any other fixes?
I'm having the same issue. I listen to a song, if I don't next it before it's over the song stops. I can't listen to any other song because the initial song just keeps replaying. I use chrome and its updated. Used another account and it's the same problem
