Connection to Deezer.com failed while the Internet is working


Many times while I have good signal and the Internet is working it tells me this and at that moment I can just open another window and stream a video on youtube. Why does this keep happening I have good 4G coverage and the Internet is working I'm very upset as this keeps happening over and over.

this happens to me too. im using the old blackberry bold 9930 im connected to a wifi and it also pops up. i cant use the app.

Hi there, I couldn't find the account you're using at the moment. What's the firmware and Deezer version on that device? And does this only happen on wifi or on mobile network as well?
I have similar issue. With Windows10 PC no problem to log-in. However, when I tried to log in with my Android entering my email and passwd, it says "Invalid email or password. ..." in a pop-up.
If I try logging in selecting google account login, it says "Conncection to Deezer.com failed."
I am using Samsung Galaxy S9 with Android Pie(9).

Please help me...
I had been a premium user but not now. Could this make me in trouble?

Hi there, this is an old issue... Please change your password and then reinstall the app. Let me know if it helps!

Still same...
I have two accounts all are same. Now I am in Korea. will this cause the issue?
If this is an old issue, I think it should have been fixed and should work well in the latest Deezer app though.

What I did following your guide;
Uninstalled the app from my mobile, reset my login pw from my mobile, then reinstalled the app but it did not work so in next trial, I rebooted my mobile after the app uninstallation before I reinstalled it.

Deezer for Android version : 6.0.5.271
with Deezer for iOS I don't have any issue though...(ver. 7.2.0.6)

What should I do now...
