Hi @Peter James Harris

please vote for my idea (link below) to have this increased. Deezer are aware of this limit and "hopefully" it will be increased in the near future!

Hi! 👋🏼 Sounds like you have added more than 1000 tracks to the list. Please delete some of the tracks or move them to other playlists. Does that help?
When i try to add music to my favourite music it says ‘added to your favourite music’, but then it disappears...? This is happening since last week, if I add the songs to other playlists there’s no problem. It’s pretty annoying so I hope someone knows what to do

It’s most probably because you’ve reached the limit. On mobile you can see up to 1000 tracks but on web you can see up to 2000

@Lola You need to move some of the tracks from Favourites to other playlists. You can easily move more than one track at a time on browser 😉
Recently, the hearts I put don’t be indicated exactly or disappeared and it makes me annoyed. Do you have any idea why this happens? Could you please fix this up as soon as possible?

Hi @Sujin Lee, sounds like you've reached the max amount of tracks per list (1000). If so, you can move some of the tracks to other playlists and you should notice straight aways that it's working again ☺

@Sujin Lee please vote for my idea/suggestion that we need the ability to like more tracks in a playlist/favourites.

System doesn’t allow me to add favourite songs anymore. I can click on the button receiving the message of adding new song but selected song doesn’t appear on my favourite list
I have 1558 tracks in my Favourite Tracks album. I've been adding more and more songs, but they're not reflecting in that album. The number of tracks doesn't change from 1558, and when I change the view in that album to "recently added", the most recent song is one that I favourited months ago

Hi
it's due to limits on Deezer (2000 per playlist / fav) and only 1000 showing on mobile. Please vote to have this increased here: -

Hi @Enzo

this is probably because you've hit the limit which is 2000 songs in your favourite (and you can only see 1000 on mobile apps).

How many numbers can be put in the list favourites?

My husband has just upgraded his account to ‘family’ so I have a profile on his account. I’ve tried to add some favourites, I click the love heart, sometimes it turns blue, other times it doesn’t but either way, it never goes in to my favourites and after a period of a few seconds the heart goes back to being clear?! I’ve also tried to actually click on ‘add to favourites’ and this doesn’t work either!!

Hi @Lucy Richards, it looks like you've reached the limit of 1000 added tracks in the app. Please move some of the tracks to other playlists and check if that help 🙂

@Lucy Richards, what device are you using and is the favourites list downloaded on that device?

HI @Cearity, sound like you've reached the limit of 1000 added tracks in your favourites. If that's the case, please move some of the tracks to other playlist and the problem should be solved 🙂
Pressing on “like” button does not add the song to the favourites list. This is happening since Friday. I talked to other users and some say that they cannot like songs for a couple of weeks now.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible. This is frustrating. I’m adding liked songs to a separate playlist to overcome this bug.

I guess I have a similar problem, this happens only on my iPhone, if I add a song to my favourite it doesn't appear in my list. Its been blocked at 988 songs for a while now, which obviously defeats its purpose.
