Can't access downloaded playlists

Since today, I can't access my downloaded playlists. It keeps referring me back to the friends and family subscription but I am already a premium member?

I do not wish to upgrade!

So you're trying to listen to downloaded playlists on your phone, has your phone (with the Deezer app) been connected to the internet within the last 15 days (it must do this to sync all your play data you've used offline).

Are you able to stream music normally (none downloaded)? The message you're getting is it mentioning you can only stream on one device at a time?

Please give as much information as possible! 🙂
