adding bookmarks to my audiobooks does not work


adding bookmarks to my audiobooks does not work(i press the bookmarks button but nothing happens). i cant add audiobooks to „my audiobooks“ even when i press the text „zu meinen hörbüchern hinzufügen“. (audiobook-app inside the deezer-app can be much improved in terms of usability) everytime i close the app, i have to memorize where i stopped listening. i use iphone 6 with iOS 11.4.1

are there solutions to my problems? is your team already working on solving them? i am willing to pay for deezer, but these fixes are really important to me.

Are you using the audiooks in-app or do you listen to them within the Deezer app? It should remeber where you have left on if you listen to the audiobook using the in-app.
I have exactly the same issue with my iPhone App and on the website within the audiobooks app

Hi there, I just tested it on browser (Chrome) and had no issues. I could add books to my library and the bookmark worked just fine. Are there any externsions enabled that could cause the issues? And have you tested alternative browsers?

Regarding iPhone: What Deezer app and software versions are installed on the phone?
I have the exact same issue : I use the deezer app on Huawei p20 pro (android). I can't add bookmarks and have to remember where I stopped the audio book. Also I can't add items to my audio books. The search function does not work and when scrolling through audio books, I have to start at the beginning of the whole list after I looked into one audio book's page. Finding a new one is quite struggling due to this.The only function working properly (besides of just playing a once chosen book), is the download. There must be Bugfixes for this issue? I've read it in many boards. Just today I deinstalled the app, rebooted my phone and installed the newest version: without success.

Hi all. Are there any news? I have the same issue within the audiobook app. No matter if I use the web browser, latest desktop app or android app (6.0.1.48 german). I can't add any audiobook to my library. The cntext menu opens, but clicking on the link 'Zu meinen Hoerbuechern hinzufuegen' has no effect. The menu closes but my library remains empty. The Download and Share links are working fine.

It would be great to have the bookmark functionality using Deezer in the car via Apple‘s CarPlay!
Is it already planned?
If this becomes possible I would switch immediately from Spotify to Deezer!

Hi @kbeil13 we are currently working on a revamp of the app which should hopefully solve this issue once and for all, we kindly ask for some patience 😉
